Hotel Liability

Accessing the website does not imply the existence of a commercial relationship between the user and the company under any circumstance. Rates

The rates shown are retail prices with VAT included.

The rate is the price per night, depending on the type of room and board plan selected, with the exception of hotels in which the inclusion of other services are specifically indicated.

The rate does not include any service that is not specified or extras such as transfers, tips, telephone calls, laundry services, mini-bar services, parking, etc.

Check-in and check-out: As a general rule and unless expressly agreed otherwise with the establishment, rooms may be used from 2 pm on the day of check-in and must be vacated by 12 noon on the day of check-out.

Passports and Visas

All travellers (including children), without exception, must carry their corresponding personal and family documentation, whether it is their passport or ID document, according to current legislation. Travellers will be responsible for these when travelling and they will also be responsible for obtaining visas, passports, vaccination certificates, etc. Minors under 18 years old must have written permission signed by their parents or guardians as this may be requested by any authority. If a visa is not granted by an authority due to reasons attributable to the user, or if the user is denied entry to the country due to lacking the required documentation, or if said documentation has expired, or if the user has not brought said documentation, the hotel is not liable for these acts: the user is responsible for any costs that may arise, with the terms and conditions established for no-shows being applicable in these circumstances.

Use of accommodation

The client is responsible for making the correct declaration of the number of people who must occupy the apartment, without omitting the children, who may stay for free for up to two years. The management of the apartments can legally refuse to admit the entry of those undeclared persons.

Establishment rules

INTERNAL REGIME RULES of Zahara Sol Villas y Apartamentos, located at C/ Saladilla, nº 7, C.P. 41940, Tomares, Sevilla (ESPAÑA).

1. Zahara Sol Villas and Apartments is intended for tourist rental. It is part of a community of neighbors whose rules the tenants undertake to respect. This apartment is intended solely for accommodation, so it is forbidden to carry out or organize any activity that disturbs the normal coexistence of the community in which the accommodation is located, such as loud music, noise, parties, storage of items not directly related to the stay of the tenants, will be grounds for the accommodation to be vacated immediately, without generating any right to request the return of the amounts paid on account for the stay and that will be subject to liquidation once the possible damages and losses caused have been evaluated. to the property or to third parties.

2. The apartment cannot accommodate more people than those specified in its regulations (2 people). The management of the apartments can legally refuse to admit the entry of those undeclared persons.

3. The tenants undertake to maintain an appropriate conduct to live in good relations with the neighbors, not to make noise inside that could disturb the neighbors, as well as to use the communal parts with great care, especially in terms of noise and conservation of facilities.

4. Pets or animals are not allowed.

5. There are no spaces where smoking is allowed. In the event of non-compliance with the rule, an additional charge of € 20 will be applied to the holder of the reservation.

6. Keep the floor clean.

7. The tenants agree to make good use of the facilities, equipment and utensils of the apartment and of the community. Any deterioration, loss or breakage will be at the customer's expense.

8. When you leave the apartment, you must leave the kitchen and utensils you have used clean and collected, and throw away the garbage.

9. The access code to the building and apartments is for exclusive use, NOT transferable.

10. If you use the Wi-Fi connection, you should know that the actions carried out during your stay in the apartment are your sole responsibility.

11. The hours of entry into the apartments will be from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival, the rooms must be vacated before 12 noon. on the day of departure. If you do not leave the apartment before this time, the management will decide whether or not to charge an additional supplement of € 25 for late departure.

12. Zahara Sol Villas and Apartments is not responsible for the personal effects of the client or those accompanying them.

Behaviour

The client and his companions must behave in a civic manner and respecting the general rules of coexistence. Any activity that disturbs the normal coexistence of the community in which the accommodation is located, such as loud music, noise or parties, and that causes well-founded complaints from the neighbors, will be grounds for the accommodation to be immediately vacated without reimbursing the amount. paid for the stay. The HOURS OF REST are from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. every day of the week, being strictly prohibited, during those periods, any activity that disturbs rest.

Material damage

The client is obliged to take care of the furnished apartment, being his responsibility for any damage or loss that may occur in it. Zahara Sol Villas y Apartamentos is not responsible for the personal effects of the client or the companions.

Inputs and outputs

The hours of entry into the apartments will be from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival, and the apartments must be vacated before 12:00 on the day of departure. In case of not leaving the apartment before a certain time, an additional fee of 25 euros will be charged.

Vacancy of the apartments

The breach of the clients of any of the prohibitions established in this regulation will empower the management to terminate the contract. The owner of the establishment may seek the help of the agents of the authority to evict from them, users who fail to comply with the internal regulations or who intend to access or stay in them for a purpose other than the normal use of the service.

Prohibitions

Customers are NOT allowed to:

1. Bringing furniture into the accommodation or carrying out works or repairs in it, no matter how small, without written authorization from the Company.

2. Housing a greater number of people than those corresponding to the maximum capacity set for the accommodation.

3. Carry out the accommodation activity in the accommodation or use it for purposes other than those for which it has been contracted.

4. Introduce explosive or flammable materials or substances or others that may cause damage or annoyance to the other occupants of the property.

5. Carry out any activity that violates the usual rules of coexistence or the normal operating regime.

6. It is forbidden to use, without authorization, devices that significantly alter the consumption foreseen in the supplies.

7. It is forbidden to organize parties.

8. Pets or domestic animals are not allowed.

9. Since the entry of the new law, smoking is prohibited in the apartments.

10. Carrying out any type of illegal activity, for which they will be solely responsible.

11. Failure by clients to comply with any of the prohibitions established in these regulations will empower the management to terminate the contract. The owner of the establishment may seek the assistance of the agents of the authority to evict users who fail to comply with the internal regime regulations or who intend to access or remain in them for a purpose other than the normal use of the service.

Access and / or permanence of people in the establishment.

The access and / or permanence of people in the establishment will be prevented in the following cases:

1. When the established capacity has been completed with the users who are inside the establishment.

2. When the person does not meet the minimum hygiene conditions.

3. When the person shows violent attitudes, especially when they behave aggressively or cause altercations, they create dangerous situations or inconvenience to other assistants or service personnel.

4. When the person carries weapons and objects that can be used as such, except that, in accordance with the provisions of the specific applicable regulations at all times, they are members of the Security Forces and Bodies or private bodyguards integrated in companies private, and access the establishment in the exercise of their functions.

5. When the person is consuming drugs, narcotic or psychotropic substances, or shows symptoms of having consumed them, and those who show obvious signs or behaviors of being intoxicated. Likewise, it will be cause for expulsion when they cause malicious damage to the facilities, scandal, noise, especially in the face of complaints from other users whose tranquility and privacy are disturbed. In such cases, the establishment may resort to the assistance of the agents of the competent police authority.

6. The person who harasses, intimidates or harasses clients, service personnel or any other person inside the apartment or common areas will also be cause for expulsion. Obligations of the users of the tourist apartments.

Obligations of users of tourist apartments

1. Observe the rules of safety, coexistence and hygiene.

2. Comply with the standards set forth in the internal regulations.

3. Respect the establishment, the equipment and its facilities.

4. Regarding the payment of the price, this must be made by the client at the time of occupation of the apartments.

5. Customers / users, without exception, will be obliged to present the identification document (DNI / NIE) at the time of admission to the establishment.

Cleaning the apartment

The apartment will be delivered clean and tidy. The client agrees to respect order and cleanliness.

Thefts

The management of Zahara Sol Villas and Apartments has a list of the equipment of each apartment. A daily count is made of all the existing equipment in the same (towels, kitchenware ...) In case of noticing the lack of any element, the client will be notified and the pertinent complaint will be made before the security forces and bodies.

Terms of payment and cancellation

The client can cancel the reservation free of charge up to 2 days before the arrival date. The client will have to pay the total price if he cancels during the 2 days before the arrival date.

Payment must be made at the end of the free cancellation period, 48 hours before arrival by bank transfer or credit card. In the case of a card, only Visa, Amex and MasterCard will be accepted.

When reservations are longer than 7 days, the free cancellation period will increase to 7 days before the arrival of the guest.
